So happy I came across this company. I do HVAC for Hospitals, of which most have older pneumatic systems, and as technology grows it’s getting harder and more expensive to find parts. I was buying pneumatic thermostats from places like Grainger or Ebay, and they were costing $200+ a stat!! Not only is Crandall Stats selling them for HALF that price, they are the original manufacturer of the stats I was already buying. Quality on everything is perfect, packaging was great and shipping was fast! Will definitely be buying exclusively through them!

Cannot say enough good things about Crandall! I live in Colorado and stumbled upon its website when looking for a replacement pneumatic thermostat. Usually, I don't buy things online unless the website is very highly reviewed, but decided to take a chance because its thermostat cost SIGNIFICANTLY less than anything else I could find (on average between $60 to $100 cheaper than competitors'). I called first to ask about the company's return policy, and since I was buying from another state, I wanted to get a sense that the company is legitimate. Crystal answered, and is probably the nicest customer service rep I have ever spoken to anywhere. She was very knowledgeable, which made me feel reassured ordering from Crandall online. The product arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Crystal even called me back to check that I had received and was happy with the thermostat. Incredible service! Great product at an unbeatably affordable price! I highly recommend Crandall. I think it is a hidden gem, and I hope more people find and buy from it online (or in store).
